Letter of Recommendation Shakara Jones
To Whom it may concern, I had the wonderful opportunity to coach Shakara Jones for three years at the University of Missouri but I have known her and her family for years before that. I must say that in my 29 years of coaching, that she is by far one of the most coachable and talented individuals that I have ever worked with. Shakara is also one of the best “team” players you can have as a coach as well. How does she do it? She works her tail off every day and never takes a play off. She listens and works hard to please you as a coach. When you talk about her ability, she is very versatile. She has the ability to defend any position on the floor. Offensively,, she can step out and hit the three and be comfortable facing the basket or she can go down low and has a variety of moves that are tough to defend. Whatever type of play or style of play, Shak can fit in because she will always work harder than anyone else. Shakara is a very caring and warm hearted person that is so needed for a team. She has always been one to take players under her wing and help them out. She will be the teacher, mentor and encourager whenever it is needed and she will do it even when its not. Shakara embraces her coach and her teammates and has the energy and positive outlook of a great leader but she also has an intense competitiveness that puts their opponents on their heels. I highly recomend Shakara Jones to be a part of your organization and program. She will not disappoint and you will have great success with her addition. Please feel free to contact me or call me if you need anything or want more information. I have included this information on the top right of this page. Thanks for your time and consideration. Sincerely yours,
Cindy Stein
