Trained on all levels of basketball logistics. Interacted with the students on both sportsmanship and academic levels. 1994-1996: John O’Connell School of Technology, San Francisco, California Varsity and Jr. Varsity Basketball coach Raised a failing basketball program with 0 and 16 season records to a 60% winning record within three years. Continuously worked closely with students and parents to lift morale and instil disciplinary skills while increasing students’ self esteem of level of proficiency of their basketball skills. Jr. Varsity Basketball coach Trained students in the fundamentals of the game and boosted morale to a strong level of self-confidence amongst the players, which enabled them to strive for excellence. 1992-1995: San Francisco Summer Pro League, San Francisco, California, Head Basketball Coach.
