I grow up in a basketball family (my dad, mother and 2 younger brothers) and spend most off my lifetime in the gym/basketball court.
So, basketball/sport is in my blood.
I am ambitions, determined, enthusiast, and straight forward; very interested in the people ho I work with.
My challenge is to make a successful team out of a group of people/players.
My stile of play : aggressive, fast, organized basketball.
Basically my teams are disciplined, have a great condition, are fundamentally sounded and an above all thy now how to play as a team!
Played 20 years basketball, the last 3 years on the highest level.
Most versatility Basketball Coach , at least in the Netherlands: Nat. division 1 (man) , Nat. division 1 (women), National wheelchair basketball team (man) from the Netherlands and Greece. (Part of my regular job at the rehabilitation centre)
High lights:
-4 times champion in a row and promotion to division 1 with Hatrans Tonego. (man)
-Champion Nat. division 2 and promotion to division 1 with Greyhounds Enschede. (man)
- 2nd place Nat. division 2 with Stoopie Shooters Bunschoten. (man)
-2nd place European Championship Italy with the Netherlands Nat. wheelchair basketball team. (man)
-2nd place World Championship Australia with the Netherlands Nat. wheelchair basketball team. (man)
-4th place Olympic games in Greece with Netherlands Nat. wheelchair basketball team. (man)

“Het Roessingh”, Enschede, Netherlands.
1995 – 1998: Member of the steering committee of the European
Network "Sports and Rehabilitation”
1995 – 1998: Chairman of the Dutch Association for physical
education.
2007- now : Member of the steering committee of the Foundation,
