Hackett notched career-highs in several categories during his junior
campaign en route to earning honorable mention All-Mountain West
Conference laurels... concluded the season ranked first on the team in
three-point field goals made (66), three-point field goal attempts
(185), three-point field goal percentage (.357) and free throw
percentage (.792)... listed second in minutes played (882), field goal
attempts (286), steals (29), points (337) and scoring average (11.2)...
finished third on the Horned Frogs in field goals made (105), free
throws made (61) and free throw attempts (77)... notched 18 games of
double-digit scoring performances, including four games of 20 or more
points... collected a career-high 24 points to go along with three
rebounds and two assists against New Mexico (Mar. 6) in the first round
of the Mountain West Conference Tournament... scored 22 points against
Utah (Feb. 3)... posted a pair of 20-point scoring performances in

goal attempts (301), three-point field goals made (57), three-point
field goal attempts (170) and minutes played (926)... ranked third on
the team in points (322), scoring average (10.4), free throws made (47),
free throw attempts (74) and steals (35)... appeared in all 31 games for
the Horned Frogs while earning a spot in the starting lineup on 27
occasions... scored in double figures in 18 games on the season,
including a string of six consecutive contests in non-conference action...
posted a season-high 21 points on 7-of-13 shooting, including 5-of-7
shooting from behind the three-point arc, to go along with three assists
and two steals against Grambling State (Dec. 28)... notched 18 points on
7-of-12 shooting, including a quartet of three-pointers, to go along
with three rebounds and three steals against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Dec.
22)... recorded his first double-digit scoring performance of the season
against Jackson State (Nov. 22) where he finished with 16 points and
dished out a career-high seven assists... collected 17 points on 6-of-9
shooting, including 4-of-4 from behind the three-point line, against

2004-05 [Freshman Season]
Hackett saw significant action during his rookie season with the Horned
Frogs as the TCU newcomer appeared in 31 games earned a trip to the
starting lineup against Houston (Jan. 19)... finished his first season
with the team averaging 2.9 points, 1.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.7
steals per game... scored a season-high seven points on four occasions,
including performances against second-ranked Kansas (Dec. 9) and
17th-ranked Louisville (Mar. 9)... connected on a key three-pointer as
well as pair of free throws in a 76-65 victory over Alabama-Birmingham
(Feb. 12)... collected a season-high six assists in his second
collegiate game against Shawnee State (Nov. 21).

School
A product of Fort Worth Southwest High School, Hackett became the first
Metroplex-recruit to commit under TCU head men's basketball coach Neil
Dougherty... ranked as the number-11 prospect in the State of Texas by
the Texas Prep Report... listed as the 13th-best prospect by Mike
Kundstadt of the Texas Basketball Review and 14th-top prospect in the
2004 class according to Texas Roundball... earned first team all-region
honors in Class 4A by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC)
as well as second team all-state accolades following his senior campaign...
made a name for himself as one of the most prolific scorers in the
Metroplex-area as he averaged 25.9 points, 8.6 assists and 3.7 steals
per game in his final campaign... ranked third among all players in the
Metroplex area in scoring average at the end of his senior season...
connected on 39.6 percent of all his three-point field goal attempts en
route to connecting on 103 three-point field goals... recorded a
career-high 73 points to go along with 13 assists in a 132-124 overtime
loss to eventual District 7-5A co-champions Dallas Jesuit during his
senior campaign... collected 52 points in the following game against
Richland Hills, which allowed him to average 62.5 points per game in two
days... averaged 26.5 points, 8.5 assists and 4.3 steals per game for
the Raiders during his junior campaign... scored 45 points in a regular
season-contest against Class 4A state champions Fort Worth Dunbar during
his junior campaign... concluded his junior campaign ranked third in the
